This project was a new-build project and consisted of a series of 4 terraced Victorian houses each of 3 or 4 bedrooms with inglenook fireplaces and large farmhouse-style kitchens with oak and quarry tiled flooring. These were finished in 2000 and sold well before completion. Recent sales have showed that these properties have doubled in value since completion.
