Oakframes Limited with its dedicated and experienced workforce are now offering general contracting/building, construction and joinery services for clients. Work includes complete single and multiple Barn Conversions, and New Builds.

Complete Project Management offered and full design and planning services catered for.

We specialise in period building refurbishments and re-modelling; also new build with character, and recommend with pride you see our website for examples.

Our joinery workshop is fully equipped, with all work undertaken by our own craftsmen. Work includes restoration and new construction of existing ancient trusses and timber framed buildings. Oakframes also manufactures its own doors, windows, flooring, and staircases.

PLASTERING - Patch repairs, to new additions, and up to full houses.
CONCRETING - Footings, floor slabs, paths, etc.
GROUNDWORKS - Site clearance, footings, site reducing etc.
DAMP & TIMBER - As members of the PROPERTY CARE ASSOCIATION and the B.W.P.D.A. we can offer full damp, either rising or other including tanking works, and timber treatment against insect and fungal infestation all carried out to B.W.P.D.A standards of approval. Underwritten by GPI insurance certification warranty, which is now the minimum required by many building societies and lenders.
